This is an Emergency Room. You will be charged your insurance ER rate. EEC - Sachse is more than worth every penny. Awesome staff, Nurses and Doctor. Professional, nice, concerned and exceptionally knowledgeable. Honestly I will feel better paying the ER rate vs the UC rate in the future if needed to return here. I received prompt service and was treated with the upmost respect. My whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end.
The staff was patient, caring, and very thorough. Dr. Cain and Sam both took the time to answer our questions and inform us of what tests they were performing and why. They were very quick to get the tests done and promptly gave us the results when they were available. The center was clean and the processes were organized to keep everyone safe. I would definitely return.
I am so relieved to have found this clinic. They are helpful, caring and understanding. I am very satisfied with the staff and customer service. The front desk admin Irene was very helpful. I recommend Exceptional Emergency @ Murphy!
